Meet the Doctors
Elizabeth M. Becker, OD
Elizabeth M. Becker, OD, practiced in England prior to her marriage that brought her to the United States in 1989. She joined Dr. Walton in 1991 and has brought a new specialty to Oxford- Low Vision Evaluations and Rehabilitation. As a Certified Low Vision Specialist, Dr. Becker has improved the daily lives of numerous people.
She participates in the American Optometric Association’s InfantSEE program, providing a free comprehensive eye examination for infants 6-12 months old. Her memberships include the American Optometric Association and the Michigan Optometric Association. She has served as chairperson of the MOA Low Vision Committee, and received the MOA Keyperson Award for her work with Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross in obtaining eye care insurance coverage for Michigan residents. She served as President of the Michigan Optometric Association in 2015-2016, and continues to volunteer for committees in the MOA.

Tracy L. Moran, OD
Tracy L. Moran, O.D. is a 2005 graduate of the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University. She joined Walton and Becker Eyecare in 2010 and enjoys fitting contact lenses, treating ocular disease and seeing patients of all ages. She particularly enjoys diagnosing and treating glaucoma and dry eye syndrome. She participates in the American Optometric Association's InfantSEE program, providing a comprehensive eye assessment for infants 6-12 months of age at no cost. Dr. Moran is a member of the American Optometric Association, Michigan Optometric Association, and Metropolitan Detroit Optometric Society. She lives with her husband and two sons in Rochester Hills, and enjoys running, biking and traveling.
Wendy Nielubowicz, O.D.
Wendy Nielubowicz, O.D. Graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry in 2005. Prior to joining Walton and Becker Eyecare in October 2014, Dr. Nielubowicz worked in an ophthalmology practice for several years, treating and managing ocular disease, caring for patients after cataract surgery, and prescribing glasses and contact lenses. She also spent three years working in a strong pediatric practice that specialized in binocular vision and vision therapy.
She participates in the American Optometric Association's InfantSEE program, providing a comprehensive eye assessment for infants 6-12 months of age at no cost, and is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Michigan Optometric Association, and the Metropolitan Detroit Optometric Society. She lives in Clarkston with her husband and two children.
