Pediatric Eye Care and Vision Therapy Services:

Eye examinations to evaluate your child for possible amblyopia (lazy eye) are recommended as young as 6 months old. Screening checks at school and at the pediatrician’s office are not designed to evaluate the child’s complete visual system. A full examination is recommended before your child reaches school age.
